This Privacy Notice explains how the DPO Office collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you interact with our website or services. We use the lawful basis of legitimate interest for processing when marketing our services, and for the performance of a contract or for a legal obligation when acting on behalf of a client.

We might process your personal data when acting as a Controller as a result of our undertakings in the Data Protection landscape.

You have the right to request to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, object to, and the right to data portability in relation to your personal data that we process subject to Regulation and Law.

All data processors acting on our behalf only process your data in accordance with instructions from us and comply fully with this privacy notice, the data protection laws and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures.

The DPO Office takes your privacy seriously and every reasonable measure is taken to protect and secure your personal data.
